Saddle Brook XT Farmhouse XT is a 6X36 plank porcelain floor tile combining practical durability with a refined matte finish. The elongated plank format creates strong linear visual movement and works well in residential and commercial floor installations. The matte porcelain body resists scratches and casual soiling, making it suitable for kitchens, living areas, and commercial spaces where consistent appearance is valued.

Residential Usage

Well-suited for kitchen and living room flooring where the matte finish reduces glare and the plank format complements farmhouse, transitional, and contemporary interiors.

Commercial Usage

Appropriate for retail, office, and hospitality flooring applications requiring durable, low-maintenance porcelain tile.

Exterior Usage

Porcelain plank tiles are suitable for covered exterior areas such as patios and entry porches, though freezing climates require verification of product-specific freeze-thaw performance.
