QueTread Gray QCR3565 Cove BC Right Matte is a precision-formed quarry trim tile designed to finish the right-hand outside corner where cove base runs meet at a wall-to-floor junction in commercial and industrial tile installations. Manufactured from dense, kiln-fired quarry clay in a through-body gray composition, this 5 × 6 inch cove base corner provides high impact resistance, low water absorption (< 3 %), and excellent chemical durability, ensuring reliable performance in kitchens, restrooms, laboratories, corridors, and other high-traffic or washdown environments. The QCR3565 “Cove BC Right” profile completes the transition between perpendicular cove base runs, creating a continuous sanitary curve that eliminates exposed edges and sharp joints where dirt or moisture can accumulate. Designed within the QueTread modular trim system, it coordinates exactly with matching Q3565 straight cove base, QCL3565 left corners, QB3565 inside corners, and square field tiles to achieve a seamless, hygienic wall-floor perimeter. Quarry cove base trim pieces are specifically intended to coordinate with floor tile at standard 90-degree installations, maintaining consistent geometry and durability across heavy-use spaces. The matte gray finish provides a neutral commercial aesthetic that conceals scuffs and wear, while the color-through body preserves appearance even if chipped. Overall, QueTread Gray QCR3565 Cove BC Right Matte delivers a durable, sanitary, and visually continuous right-corner solution for professional quarry tile systems.
